I want to give this emergency room 5 stars because it has many bad reviews, but they were great. Dr. Kevin Dager saw my daughter today. He was very careful and thorough. He wanted to make sure he didnβt miss anything and took his time to explain things to me. There were also so many wonderful nurses. There are too many for me to name, but one that stood out was a nurse by the name of Carmel. She treated my daughter and her sister with such kindness, as if they were her own children. All of these people were amazing and I donβt understand why this hospital is rated so poorly. I have nothing bad to say and I highly recommend!

Wow. I canβt express the amount of empathy I experienced with this ER medical staff on the early morning of 8/6/25. I received sad news that I had lost a baby while on vacation and this ER was the closest one. I was seen right away (early morning hours are key). Keith was such an incredible help, so empathetic and so kind and understanding. The doctor on staff was so reassuring, so kind, and so understanding. If thereβs one thing this hospital does impeccably itβs their jobs, their bedside manner, and their words. Thank you for making one of the hardest days of my life a little less painful.

By far the worst experience. I went in via ambulance for chest pains and not being able to breathe. They did blood work and tests and said all came back normal. I never even met the incompetent Dr. until he came in to discharge me and said I was fine. I went home and 4 hours later I went back to the ER , but a different hospital. Ends up I have a UTI and Kidney infection. I was dehydrated and my potassium was low. I highly recommend going to a different ER. I canβt even give a good review for any of the staff. Absolutely rude and lacks empathy.

I would just like to have to nurses reconized because they are great and very caring ryan Pflug he was very caring and had a good bed side manner. Also a nurse by the name of crystal she took the time out to make you feel comfortable and also had a good bed side manner kept you up to date what was going on. And a dr. By the name of Bradley kraft he could not be anymore helpful and make you feel comfortable when you are not feeling well. Maybe a nurse by the name of Lori should take lessons from them because she talks about me everything I come in and I can't help it I have alot of health problems

Terrible service. Rude nurses. Sent my mom home while she was crying in pain. Wheel chaired her to the parking garage and then left her there waiting for someone to pick her up. Completely alone, being approached by odd people for matches and cigarettes. Very dismissive and will ignore your concerns. Nurse was NOT compassionate at all. Did not walk her to the bathroom, she could barely walk. My mom did not want to leave because she was still in so much pain and still was not exactly sure why. They basically shrugged at her, sending her home and said to just go back to the ER if she needs to. She needed to be there, what was the point of her leaving and going back to another ER? No pillows. No one explained anything. Gave her a lidocaine patch and barely assessed her. She spoke with the nursing supervisor when she got home, was also very dismissive. EDIT: Doctor did not even do a physical exam and the nurse took her blood pressure. That was it. Told her it might be a disc and a nerve but never followed up with imaging. Waited 6hours to get into a bed. Please stop working in the medical field just for the moneyβ¦. If I could give 0 stars I would.
